• Take ownership of the Guidance Control Unit, ensuring its seamless operation and integration.
• Define and align software architecture for various layers of ADAS, including Vision, Perception, and Actuation, while managing software interface requirements with global partners and suppliers.
• Maintain base system software (OS, Middleware, etc.) and define dependencies across partners and suppliers.
• Verify and validate module-level software releases from partners and suppliers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.
• Manage Guidance Software release processes, including change management, to support continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead and mentor a junior engineer, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork within the autonomy development team.

**What You Will Bring:**

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in ROS2, Linux for Tegra, and experience with nVIDIA AGX Orin/XAVIER platforms.
• A solid understanding of the autonomy software stack and its foundational components.
• Familiarity with software application lifecycle processes and development methodologies, including experience with ALM and PLM tools for embedded systems.
• Desirable skills include knowledge of vision and camera-related sensors, ML/DL approaches for autonomous driving, and an understanding of the agricultural domain.

A new role has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join an FMCG manufacturing business in Telford. The full-time Maintenance Engineer role comes with a generous salary of over £46K and many excellent benefits and opportunity to earn over £50K with Over Time.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be working within a busy manufacturing environment, conducting PPM on machines, scheduling repairs and installation of machines, supporting the senior engineers with ways to improve the machines and downtime, maintaining paperwork, reacting quickly to breakdowns and reporting any major machine faults to the Lead Engineer.

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to:

• Be responsible for the installation and commissioning of any new machinery
