What You'll Be Doing

As a Security Team Member you will provide an outstanding Security experience, ensuring service, quality and Consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all.

To work as part of a multidisciplinary team to identify the health needs of children and young people, their families and the community and contribute to developing a strategy to address individual identified needs as well as those needs within the community. To be confident to use telephone triage skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement and evaluate packages of care. To be competent as a non-medical prescriber. To provide home visits and child health drop-ins to assess the needs of children and their families, during a rotation period into locality 0-19 teams.
