Hours: Various hours and shift patterns available to ensure cover is provided between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Mon - Sun

Based at: Various locations across the Nottinghamshire force area
Main Purpose of Role
To act as first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the Police both face to face and by telephone, providing a quality service and positive image for Nottinghamshire Police. Recording reported incidents and managing all Front Counter Duties (please refer to the Job Description).

If you are successful at the shortlisting stage, you will be invited to a work based test, where you will need to be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute, have a good grasp of spelling and be able to demonstrate good accurate keyboard skills along with the ability to converse on the telephone and record information at the same time. Reasonable adjustments can be offered at the testing stage, subject to need.
