As the Team Lead for NSS-N, you will report directly to the Branch Chief of Cyber Technology Security. This role demands a candidate with substantial cybersecurity expertise and demonstrated leadership skills. Your responsibilities as the NSS-N Team Lead will encompass the comprehensive day-to-day management of the team's operations. This involves ensuring operational readiness, compliance with all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the effective coordination of a variety of tasks. These tasks include performing daily systems checks, implementing customer-support rules and signatures, upholding performance standards, managing component upgrades, re-provisioning assets, and conducting troubleshooting as required.

What You’ll Get to Do

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a team of cybersecurity engineers dedicated to developing, enhancing, and maintaining sophisticated software systems for the US Intelligence Community. Your leadership will encompass a broad range of engineering and supervisory responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Overseeing team assignments efficiently through the ServiceNow ticketing system.

• Acting as the primary technical lead and escalation point for architecture, system, and various other tasks, managing a team of 10-15 direct reports.

• Championing staff development and facilitating comprehensive training programs.

• Engaging in collaborative efforts with senior leadership and leads from other engineering disciplines to drive project success.

• Leading the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance with experience working on US Government contracts.

• DOD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

• 7+ years of related experience in SEIM, network operations, network engineering, leading technology teams, leading operation cybersecurity teams, or a combination thereof.

• Mentoring junior engineers, and developing future managers.

• Proven delivery of production-grade software solutions that include security, diagnostics, maintainability, scalability, auditing, and complex multi-layer troubleshooting.

• Experience tracking schedules, resource allocations, and reporting status to customers and upper management.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

Key Role:
Act as an assistant System Administrator Security Manager (SASM) for the US Marine Corps. Provide programmatic, security and administrative support to analyze and implement security policies and planning procedures to protect classified information. Leverage subject matter expertise on the operational Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) system with privileged access to implement enhanced exchanges of information, customer service, and ensure improved productivity. Provide technical advice and assistance relative to security policies and procedures to the sponsor and affiliated agencies. Review security policies and instructions and recommend changes to program security policies, instruction manuals, and standard operating procedures to conform to national and DoD requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-1 year of experience with compartmented command and control systems, such as Planning and Decision Aid Systems (PDAS)

-Knowledge of DoD Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) security policy, regulations, and procedures

Job Specific

• Performs Security Office, Employee Entrance and Patrol operations as outlined in the Standards of Performance Manual for Security Officers
• Thoroughly understands all Hotel Emergency Response Procedures and is able to respond appropriately to all situations

1. Mise en œuvre et maintenance de la sécurité SAP :

Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) is seeking a dynamic professional to assist with the coordination of the day-to-day operations and activities for the Housing Assistance Program (HAP) team.  This position reports to the Program Compliance Supervisor (HAP Program Manager).     

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conduct monthly reviews of the certification process to ensure initial or continuing eligibility for HAP program participants housed in scattered site units throughout Baltimore City.
• Provide Technical Assistance to the MOHS HAP program staff as needed. 
• Coordinate with MOHS fiscal staff to ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly housing and utility subsidies for HAP program participants. 
• In conjunction with immediate supervisor, plan, develop, and coordinate long-range program goals and activities of the Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) program and other housing programs such as Ryan White Part B-State Special Funds.
• Implement changes in program policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and achievement of program goals to include conducting reviews of reported program violations and ensuring compliance with laws, program guidelines, and grant requirements; explaining program policies and procedures to others (e.g. staff, program participants, landlords, vendors.)
• Manage and coordinate external relationships with vendors to include but not limited to ensuring the program software, Housing Pro, is customized to meet the needs of the program and that all software updates are correctly installed, and changes are communicated to affected agency staff; and organizing an annual landlord forum which educates property owners about the HAP program and encourages their participation.
• Assist with the assembly and preparation of grant materials and writing of grant applications for the program; write reports on program activities for submission to immediate supervisor and others.

• Maintains the facility's lost and found. Secures valuable property to ensure that it is not lost, tampered with, or stolen. May be required to transport money to and from designated bank. Morgue pickups and release to Funeral Homes and Coroner. Assist with the air ambulance landing.

• Monitor and review security cameras and alarms.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. 

• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possesses the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interprets the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age, specific needs and to provide the care needed as described in departmental policies and procedures.

Required Minimum Education:

2 Year/ Associates Degree

Licensure/Certification Required:

Current OPOTA Certificate, BLS, NAPPI training within first 6 months of hire

Firearm Qualifications: successfully pass bi-annual firearms qualifications. Meet minimum physical fitness standards based on the Cooper Institute's physical fitness norms for law enforcement at 60% standard. Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Typing, min of 40 wpm.

Key Role:

Performs a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of firm and government sensitive and classified information. Applies specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with managing security requirements for sensitive security programs, including DoD SCI programs
• Knowledge of DoD security systems or databases, including DISS
• Knowledge of Title 32 of the Code of Federal Regulations (32 CFR), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directive (ICD), and DoD security requirements
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with using Microsoft Office software applications
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Ability to be highly flexible and motivated
• Ability to be flexible to move from one task to another and be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises
• Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Completion of the DCSA/CDSE course Facility Security Officer (FSO) Program Management for Possessing Facilities
