About the roleYork College and City of York Local Authority are launching our first DFN Project SEARCH Supported Internship programme, in partnership with AVIVA.This is a one-year transition to employment internship programme for young people with learning disabilities, difficulties and/or autism.
The student Interns will be based at AVIVA in York, supported by a team that includes a tutor coordinator, job coach and workplace managers, with the aim of obtaining employment at the end of the year.
We are looking to recruit a Tutor/Coordinator for this new programme.
As tutor you will lead on the delivery of an employability curriculum, identifying each student Interns’ strengths, interests, and abilities related to skill acquisition, job development and employment.
The tutor/coordinator will provide support and guidance to student interns, their business co-workers and families, to ensure the interns’ success during their work placements and to seek out job opportunities both within and outside the host employer so interns make a successful transition into paid employment.
About the PersonThe successful candidate should have knowledge and understanding of autism and learning disabilities and previous experience of supporting young people or adults with autism and/or learning disabilities. This position is responsible for overseeing the system and design solutions of Ariba, along with its integration into SAP S/4 HANA. As system solution owner, the role is crucial to help the organization’s operational efficiency and effectiveness, in addition to supporting the implementation of Ariba enhancements and change requests. Cornell University is looking for a dynamic and skilled Project Manager to join our Staff and Labor Relations team. Under the general direction of the Senior Director of Staff and Labor Relations (SLR) as well as other campus partners, such as University leadership, the Graduate School, the colleges and SLR team members, this pivotal role involves coordinating and managing the intricate systems and content pivotal for labor negotiations and contract implementation with our graduate student union of over 3000 members, represented by the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America (UE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management and Development: You will be at the helm of providing exceptional project management for the design, development, and implementation of systems crucial for the negotiation, implementation, and administration of the UE collective bargaining agreement. Your role will include everything from initial discovery and analysis to stakeholder management, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Relationship Management, Communication, and Reporting: As a central figure, you will develop and maintain effective communication protocols, serve as the primary contact for projects, and ensure seamless coordination with various university committees and partners.

This role is a full-time term role for 18 months with the potential to extend to 24 months.

Senior Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining item forecasts through statistical modeling, as well as enhancing the demand plan with market, promotion and distribution intelligence gathered from cross functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. The Senior Demand Planning Analyst will facilitate and actively participate in the monthly IBP consensus forecasting, and Step 2 meetings, gather, and document assumptions, signal demand for production planning, communicate key changes and plan drivers across the org., and assist in executing the demand plan. This analyst is equally comfortable in systems and data, forecast modeling, and steering and influencing the consensus building process.

What You Can Expect

• Facilitates and actively participates within the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demand consensus meetings, incorporating input from Sales and Marketing. Highlight plan changes, document assumptions and risks/opportunities to plan.

• Prepares and presents Demand Planning key performance indicators during IBP Consensus meetings with commercial regional, Brand and Senior Leadership.

• Participates in cross functional IBP alignment meetings with key business partners and effectively communicates information to help influence the consensus forecast by telling a story with data, trends, and analysis.

• Maintains brand - bottle size projections  within the forecasting system, ensures quality of the data loaded in SAP - APO.

• Analyze business processes and work with IT partners developing new tools using existing data visualization technology (Tableau) to enhance forecasting discussions.

• Will measure the forecast reasonableness, monitor the demand history, and analyze forecast accuracy. Communicate with supply managers to translate forecasts into supply network plans for Brown-Forman Beverages Worldwide brands.

• Interpret business drivers that affect forecast / supply chain performance and communicate the impact / risks across the organization.

• Generates ad hoc reports and databases as required by relevant stakeholders in the commercial and supply chain areas.

What You Bring to the Table

• College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 5 years Supply Chain Demand Planning or related supply chain business experience; or 6 - 10 years of combined education and Supply Chain Planning or related supply chain planning experience.

• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with a broad range of business associates.

• Experience with influencing a diverse group of professionals, with different priorities to a consensus. Quantitative and Analytical Skills with the ability to apply common sense.

Boston Dynamics is looking for a highly motivated project management professional to join our deployment organization to manage installations across our robotics product lines. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate eagerness to learn and manage various aspects of the delivery process. Each Project Engineer will be involved in supporting multiple customer projects, installation timelines, and financial tracking with direct supervision. While focusing on a dynamic set of project requirements, this individual contributor will work directly with customer project managers, Boston Dynamics world class Field Applications Engineering teams, and manage third party vendors to keep our customers on schedule. To succeed in this role, you must be self motivated, have a positive attitude, be adaptable and be willing to take on an ever-changing list of tasks and responsibilities. This role has multiple growth paths into engineering program management, general management, or strategy roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual Contributor with the ability to learn and engage in general construction management and report status to multiple engineering disciplines.

• Lead the project schedule/plan between the customer and field applications engineering teams while reporting status and risks to senior leaders.

• Interpret AutoCAD drawings, electrical work instructions, and network diagrams to manage system installation.

• Partner with Systems Engineering and Finance to improve project execution processes 

• Assist with site installation to include material logistics, material inventory, schedule tracking, and supervising subcontractors. 

• Work directly with senior team members to assist on larger program level templates and delivery models. 

• Develop expertise in all facets of our delivery model, network architecture offerings, and customer facility operations.

You Must Have:

• BS in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in face paced technology integration. 

• Experience with schedule development, dependencies, and contingency planning.

• Experience using various configuration management systems, ticket systems, and schedule tracking systems (JIRA, Smartsheet, Salesforce).

• Previous project experience implementing complex interdisciplinary systems.

• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written form.

• Ability to adapt to project challenges in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.

Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager oversees and manages the overall program in collaboration with the Principal Investigator and Co-PI, including curriculum development and relationships with faculty, institutional components including finance, HR, compliance, and other administrative operations. Work Interactions

Sponsored Project Management

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for financial management of the sponsored project to ensure compliance with sponsor's requirements and University's policies and procedures. Within 30 days after the close of the month (generally the 8th business day after the end of the month), the duties to be performed by the employee include, but not limited to:

• Review and reconcile expenses made with grant funds to ensure that the expenses are a) allowable by the sponsor for the project, b) allocable to the project, c) reasonable and necessary, d) supported by required documents, and e) within the budgeted amounts;
