Job Scope
- Responsible and coordinates production processes run smoothly and efficiently and adjust operations when necessary.
- Develop production workflows and shipment schedules.
- Create and maintain production orders in accordance with material and capacity availability, to ensure production deadlines are met.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays.
- Responsible for SAP data integrity and driving accountability from production.
- Monitor key master data and supply chain parameters in Production planning module.
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and shipping team to ensure shipment dates adherence.
- Prepare and submit operation status report – Late operation, Aging Work Order, Work Order Confirmation.
- Provide guidance & lead the Planner team to ensure the efficient prosecution of the Planning functions.
Requirements
- Degree in Management, Engineering or related field
- More than 5 years related experience in management role in Planner Manager and managing 3 Sr. Productions Planner
- Prefer candidate who know how to operate SAP & experience in Master Raw Planner
- Project Management Statistical analysis (DOE/MSA/SPC/ G R&R)
- Open to candidate willing to relocated to Seberang Perai.
