Marlborough House Adolescent Unit aims to provide services that respects the privacy, dignity, choices and confidentiality of each individual patient, acknowledging their culture, ethnicity, physical ability, gender and religious beliefs. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate and develop your skills and ability, whilst continually improving services and providing hands on quality care to young people. We'll need you to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills that can be used within a multi-disciplinary team. and have a good sound knowledge of CAMHS and the Mental Health Act as well as current models of nursing and evidence based care. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff whilst delivering the highest possible standard of care to our young people.
