Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality client service and operational efficiency across all regions, including overseas markets (e.g., Malaysia, Philippines, Algeria etc).
- Implement processes to improve productivity, monitor performance, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Develop strategies for market expansion, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and support cost control initiatives to maintain profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company goals while fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making and risk management, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other documents to track progress and ensure alignment with company objectives and operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (Master degree is preferred).
- 8-10 years of senior management or leadership experience in consultancy or a related industry.
- Proven expertise in team management, business development, financial management, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and meeting company objectives.
- Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to foster collaboration and maintain a positive work culture.
- High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment for making strategic decisions in dynamic, multi-market environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with industry trends; willingness to travel internationally as required.
