At the full performance level, major duties include:

• Makes technical and administrative decisions on reasonable accommodation requests; provides consultative services to managers, employees, and applicants and develops appropriate interventions for management involving the full spectrum of the Reasonable Accommodation Program.
• Reviews accommodation case files for accuracy, appropriateness and completeness. Monitors the status of accommodation requests at all stages in the process and provides reports, as necessary.
• Prepares, evaluates and presents quantitative and qualitative analytical reports for management to determine the extent to which reasonable accommodation policies and programs meet corporate objectives and are effective making recommendations for program improvements where appropriate.
• Reviews dashboards, analyzes data and employment practices, and prepares metrics to enhance understanding of organizational performance and client service delivery as well as drive policy and program decisions to eliminate barriers to full reasonable accommodation of affected groups.
• Provides guidance and education to supervisors, managers, and employees on the reasonable accommodation process; conducts training and or/provides training resources, such as workshops, seminars, webinars, and meetings for managers, supervisors, employees, and staff involved in programs and activities related accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
