Digital and Social Media Manager, Greenford, London. This is an exciting role for a forward-thinking, disruptive, and creative social media expert and passionate marketer who is looking to join a brand with big ambitions! You’ll play a key role in growing the Belazu brand from strategy and planning, content creation and campaigns, to paid media and partnership opportunities, working within the marketing and creative team. Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager.

The Role:
Strategy and Planning:
• Lead and establish the overall strategic direction of Belazu’s social media strategy
• Lead the planning and creative development for social media and email campaigns/strategies
• Collaborate with innovation, sales and our agency partners to ensure integrated campaigns are maximised and always through-the-line
• Create and drive a community strategy from planning to execution
• Work closely with our PR & Partnerships manager on Belazu’s influencer strategy
• Be a strategic, senior member of the marketing & creative team at Belazu
Creative Content Creation:
• Creatively plan and curate brand-defining, social-first content
• Work in partnership with our in-house creative team and agency partners to ensure best in class digital content
• Be the brand guardian for Belazu across all of our channels
Activation:
• Responsible for the overall implementation of all social media activity
• Work with the PR & Partnerships manager to ensure influencer and partner activation on social is creative and joined up
• Manage our social channels – from responding to comments to scheduling posts using the relevant software and tools to do so
Measurement:
• Experiment and have fun! Have a test-and-learn mentality to continually improve our presence on social media. Lead the development and continual testing and learning approach of our social channels
• Be responsible for the setting, management and tracking of social budgets, demonstrating improved ROI
• Use social listening/measurement/insight and reporting tools to generate and share social data with relevant stakeholders and adjust creative where necessary
• Monitor industry trends + best practice, as well as competitor activities, and make appropriate recommendations regarding social media strategy
Key skills and experience:
You might have a Social Media or Digital Marketing qualification, and ideally experience across paid and social channels, ideally in the FMCG space. In this role, the key skills and responsibilities will include:
• Experience in planning and delivering Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest campaigns
• Experience in delivery of influencer campaigns and community management
• Excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and influence others to build strong relationships.
• Copywriting skills with a creative flair and a proven ability to adapt and flex style and approach for the brand and channel
To be successful in this role, you will have analytical and reporting skills. Our dream candidate will have expertise in the Full Office suite, Google Analytics with photography and videography skills – happy working in a busy, fast-moving and complex environment, with the confidence to build trust, engage and influence senior stakeholders. A real foodie with natural curiosity around social media platforms will excel in this role.

Terms:
• 40 hrs/wk i.e. 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with a 2 day/wk office; 3 day/wk WFH hybrid working model
