As a Test Maintenance Engineer, you will install and programme PLC controllers into new production and test equipment. You will also develop and upgrade existing equipment to improve quality and throughput.
In your first few weeks in this Test Maintenance Engineer role, you can expect to:
• Design, build and commission production and test equipment/rigs
• Generate electrical schematics for designed equipment
• Create instruction manuals and maintain asset register
• Update maintenance systems
• React to breakdowns
To apply for this Test Maintenance Engineer role, you will need knowledge of production and test equipment/rigs. You will also require the following:
• Experience installing & programming PLC controllers
• Electrical experience (time served/HNC)
• Experience programming HMI panels
• Maintenance CMMS knowledge
• TPM Knowledge
