Stirling Council are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking individual to lead a team of professionals undertaking compliance and property maintenance across the council‘s operational estate. The Team Leader will be responsible for delivery of a compliance and safe environment across school, offices, libraries other community facilities.
The collective team will lead on the analysis of asset condition surveys, service maintenance and routine inspections to develop a planned and prioritised workplan while reacting to responsive repairs, driving the improvement of property performance and maintaining the lifespan of the building.
Based within the Infrastructure Delivery Service, the Team Leader will be required to ensure key performance indicators are met, lead transformational projects and operational improvements. The individual should be motivational, forward thinking and able to create an empowered environment, nurturing and developing officers to their fullest potential.
