• You will monitor and direct all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• You will chair and manage process improvement initiatives.
• You will hear and resolve complaints at the lowest level, referring grievances and serious complaints not resolved to higher level supervision.
• You will perform work document reviews to ensure documents are in compliance with quality standards.

• Ensures contractor compliance with all requirements related to the design, manufacturing, repair, overhaul, and modernization of a variety of items for contractor and customer activities throughout the world.
• Applies a wide range of methods, principles, and practices directly related to quality control/quality assurance fields; statistical analysis, control and sampling, quality data analysis and evaluation to determine contractor compliance.
• Incorporates a thorough and detailed QA knowledge in applying various methods and techniques for investigating, analyzing, and ensuring corrective action on complex quality problems.
• Develops and implements a surveillance plan which begins with clear objectives supported by a master schedule that includes identification of contractor and sub-contractor production needs.
• Performs audits/surveillance of contractor’s processes to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.

• You will serve as the Deputy Inspector General in the CNAL Office of the Inspector General, with a primary focus as the lead for the inspection program.
• You will manage the inspection program and conduct inspections and assessment of programs and processes within the CNAL area of responsibility.
• You will justify inspection findings and conclusions and proposed remedial actions with management personnel at all levels of command.
• You will develop and implement inspection/assessment policy within the CNAL clamancy and provide policy recommendations to higher authority.
• You will conduct inspections/ assessment of operations, policies, programs, procedures and practices throughout the CNAL clamancy to include its major subordinate commands, units and activities through the Fleet Command Inspection/Assessment Program.
• You will prepare IG reports and develop briefings or executive summary for presentation to the Commander and CNAL stakeholders to include remedial actions for deficiencies, irregularities or problems revealed during site evaluation.
• You will evaluate operations, programs, objectives and management systems and detect deficiencies, irregularities or improprieties; or to propose and devise new organizational structures, realignment of functions, and/or resources CNAL wide.
• You will instruct both military and civilian personnel on improved techniques, abilities, and capabilities to accomplish mission and functions in accordance with relevant standards.
• You will enter applicable information using the Naval Inspector General Hotline Tracking System (NIGHTS)
• You will make course of action recommendations to the CNAL Inspector General as to complainant disposition and generate all associated correspondence and electronic case management actions.
• You will complete preliminary analysis of complaints received through the CNAL IG hotline and complete Naval Inspector General Investigations and prepare reports of investigation in accordance with applicable guidelines and quality standards.
• You will interview complainants, witnesses and subject matter experts in conjunction with IG hotline preliminary analysis, IG investigative work product and inspections or specific program assessments.
• You will prepare inspection reports documenting findings and track required corrective actions.

MOT Tester Vacancy
Location: Kings Lynn
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on qualifications and experience, £45,000 OTE.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm hours and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

• This role will include all levels of MOT Testing work You must be confident in your ability to adapt into the fast-paced environment and high standards of this company as they are a very reputable and efficient car dealer in the area.
• The right individual must be a strong team player, open-minded and a friendly character who has long-term ambitions of progressing within the company.
• Basic service work when there are lack of MOTs

MOT Tester Requirements:

• You must have an MOT license to be considered for this position
• Full UK driving licence
