Credit Control Manager, Greenford, London, managing a team of 3, responsible for a ledger of approximately 1500 accounts and with debt collection of around £2 million a month. Managing the credit control process through to legal stage, and overseeing administration of customer accounts, statements, copy invoices, chase letters. Reporting to the Transactional Finance Manager.

Our Dream Credit Control Manager…
You will be conversant with financial accounting software and have a great grasp of the Microsoft office suite. You will be a highly organised team player who enjoys working proactively.

What the day job looks like:
In this full-time role as Credit Control Manager, working alongside the finance team, you will be responsible for:
• Managing cash collection and debt control
• Manage CIFS Credit Insurance
• Management reporting and debt analysis
• Coaching and developing your team
• Supporting sales and customer service team functions

Terms
· 40 hrs/wk i.e. 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with a 3 day/week office; 2 day/week WFH hybrid working model.
· Probationary period 3 months
