Key Purpose of the Job:

To control the flow of work through the workshop to maximise its utilisation and ensure that technicians are working efficiently
To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times

Accountabilities:

Receive job cards from service reception, pre-time each job and allocate work to Technicians

Obtain authorisation for any additional work required either through service reception or by direct contact with customer

Ensure that all warranty items are identified for each job and that parts replaced are labelled, appropriate documentation completed and passed for action

Receive job cards for completed jobs ensuring that work has been completed correctly; time completed jobs so that job costing can be completed, and ensuring all warranty items are highlighted and all associated documentation is completed

Arrange for customer to be informed that vehicle has been completed

Ensure that the image and levels of customer service within the department is in line with Company standards

Schedule all PDI and used car preparation to ensure that sales department requirements are met

Ensure that all special tools and equipment are kept in good order and that repair requirements are addressed

• The Compliance & Risk Governance Specialist will provide support to the Procurement team and act as the Risk and Compliance Champion undertaking all Operational Risk and Compliance activities.
• Support the Procurement Team with assurance that business standards and regulatory requirements are being achieved in line with expectations. Performs monthly and quarterly reviews and verifications of import data and records. Data Quality Lead Analyst contributes to efforts to ensure data that is sourced and provisioned meet all required data quality standards. • Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements
• Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements 
• Review quality analysis results and disposition data challenges through Citi’s corresponding Data/Issue management process
• Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process

El Ingeniero de Calidad evalúa las operaciones, el proceso, y el producto para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad en el piso de producción, almacenes de materia prima, producto terminado y centros de distribución de la Organización. Determina en conjunto con el Ingeniero de Manufactura los criterios de calidad para la aceptación y rechazo del producto, atiende y resuelve problemas y tareas complejas mediante la interacción con los Supervisores, Líderes, Operadores de producción y otros miembros del equipo a través del uso de herramientas de Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, o de Solución de Problemas. Entre los métricos de interés para el ingeniero están los pizarrones de producción (indicadores), el seguimiento a las tareas de mejora continua, seguridad, calidad, costo, flujo del proceso y entrega a tiempo.

PRINCIALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

1. Optimización de los procesos de manufactura para la reducción de los PPMs internos.

2. Mejora sistemática de la habilidad de los procesos.

3. Cálculo de la capacidad del proceso (Cpk).

4. Liberación de los procesos productivos asignados tanto para producción regular como arranque de líneas y transferencias.

5. Liberación de productos y materias primas en SAP.

6. Contención y resguardo de materia prima, producto en proceso y producto terminado sospechoso y/o rechazado, en el área productiva y diferentes almacenes de la cadena de suministro al Cliente.

REQUISITOS:

1.-Licenciatura en Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánica, o afín.

2.-años como Ingeniero de Calidad.

3.-Toma de decisiones basado en datos, creatividad para la solución de problemas (Core Tools), estadística básica (gráficos XR, gage R&R, paretos, etc)., metrología básica, manejo de personal y proveedores, con sentido de urgencia.

4. Inglés 80%.  

5. Metodología para la solución de problemas.

6. Experiencia en Normas ISO 9001, 14000, OSHA 18000, IATF 16949.

7. Conocimientos generales en procesos de inyección y maquinados.

Within 3 Months, You Will…
