About the Role
• A key contributor to deliver AIA long term brand marketing goal and strategy
• Lead customer driven, industry led integrated marketing campaigns that help AIA sustain #1 brand awareness and consideration with distant leadership.
• Apply strategy, data analytics and insights to drive innovations and achieve business objectives.
• Act as Brand guardian to ensure brand communication consistency across the company.
• Partner with creative and media agencies and make sure they understand the business status to develop the right communication strategy and execution meeting company goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop integrated marketing campaign that helps maintain #1 brand awareness and consideration in the industry through understanding consumer pain points, insights and competitive market landscape.
- Drive brand resonance across different target audience over online/offline engagements
- Lead customer centric, industry led integrated marketing campaigns using data analytics, market intelligence and consumer insights to shape the strategies to achieve company business goals.
- Support Head of Brand Marketing and Communications to develop annual marketing plan with clear brand strategies to achieve company goals.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent with over 10 years relevant working experience
- Proven track record of driving and delivering results for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to keep abreast of the latest market trends
- Experience in driving full funnel marketing and create business value
- Analytical ability to extract insights and actions from data and translate into meaningful results
- Strong people and relationship building skills across internal stakeholders and external partners management
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stockholders.
- A team leader and player, organised, reliable, dynamic and adaptive to changes
