Job Responsibilities:
·Sales Strategy & Leadership:
·Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and growth objectives.
·Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, optimize performance, and exceed customer expectations.
·Business Development:
·Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
·Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors. and stakeholders. Address client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
·Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
·Possesses strong interpersonal skills and keen entrepreneurial mind set. Ability to work individual in assigned country with remote support. Strong negotiation skill and project management abilities
·Conduct market research to inform business decisions.Perform other related activities as assigned by your MD.
·Sales Reporting & Analysis:
·Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market insights to develop actionable recommendations.
·Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and growth opportunities.
·Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and resource planning.
·Qualifications:
·Education & Experience:
·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
·Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with minimum 5 years of marine sales working experience or related industries.
·Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and managing key customer accounts.
·Skills & Abilities:
·Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
· Strong familiarity and networks within the marine space.
·Experience in direct sales or from technical product know-how and/or support of the sales process.
·Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
·Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
