Experience of working in the engineering sector is required. A new graduate without this experience would be considered for the position of Junior Sales Engineer.

Job title - Sales Administrator / Advisor
Salary - £24,000 - £30,000 OTE
Location - Ammanford
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
On-site parking


Job description:

* To provide Quotes and Order Support for New and Existing Business Clients supporting Sales and ensuring Order Satisfaction
* To engage quickly with customers and build a rapport which leads to a positive outcome
* To work with the Team to achieve set Sales Targets in a busy environment - track performance and identify areas for improvement whilst taking appropriate actions to achieve your goals
* To gain understanding of Industry Specific Software which enables accurate and timely responses to Customer requests
* To provide regular updates around Customer Activity through clear communication coordinating with other departments
* Provide Excellent Customer Service - providing a friendly, helpful and responsive support which ensures that new and existing customers have a positive experience


Job Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiastic, energetic approach to work- eager to take the extra step to providing exceptional Customer Service
* Adaptable and confident
* IT Literate including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience in the window industry advantageous but not necessary
* Extensive sales environment experience preferred
