We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer as the customer facing, technical resource supporting Emerging Internet Content Providers, Data Center Operators, and Content Delivery Operators for the United States. The ideal candidate requires a strong technical background with an understanding of optical products, routing/switching products, software, and customer applications. In addition, the candidate should possess the ability to position Ciena’s leadership in networking hardware and software solutions as well as how Ciena’s offerings differentiate against the competition. Responsibilities:

·  Perform technical oversight, including on-site customer engagements, support customer and internal architectural discussions, and requirements definition into the engineering organizations.

This is accomplished by working within the global corporate structure of BW Flexible Systems, the wider Barry-Wehmiller Packaging Platform, and with our customers in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.  This position also works with the sales leadership team to research markets and establish strategic directions for growing BW Flexible Systems sales with named key accounts in target industries within North America.  The VFFS & Flow Wrapping Sales Executive encourages others to discover, develop and apply their talents to reach their full potential and actively engages in our Lean journey by building and acting on continuous improvement and development opportunities. 

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Secure new machinery orders for BW Flexible Systems VFFS and Flow
  Wrapping machinery, feed systems, and turn-key integrated packaging line projects that meet or exceed assigned quota

• Responsible for key accounts within a specific target industry, such as Bakery, Confectionary, Pharma/Medical, Non-food, Frozen, Cheese or Protein

• Maintain contact with current and potential customers by building strong relationships and supplying product information to increase the likelihood of future sales orders

• Research regional, client and industry information, analyze industry and client specific data and create and execute account specific strategies and tactics.

• Provide detailed information regarding customer requirements, specifications, applications, etc. so accurate and timely sales proposals are produced for the customer when requested

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:

• Solid knowledge of and experience with various types of packaging machinery and systems used in the food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries

About the role:

We are actively searching for a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to deliver on our commitment to serve patients. The Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative acts as the primary customer contact and is responsible for implementing marketing strategy and promoting Amgen products as led by the District Manager.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Plan and perform sales work within assigned geographical region; develop own sales leads within the territory
• Demonstrate and promote company’s product capability to customers; meet with all levels of customer’s management to develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs

The Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will play a key role in various aspects of financial planning and evaluation, which may include the development of the annual operating budget and multi-year financial plan, capital expenditure planning, month end close monitoring and new program evaluations.
