As a Digital Marketing Executive at WINGS, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website, social media platforms as well as key influencers. Your role is essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:
● Conceptualise, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites.
● Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management
● Possess knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices to maximise audience engagement and reach.
● Execute tactics such as hashtag optimization, influencer partnerships, and community management to build brand presence and foster meaningful interactions.
● Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and insights.
● Use analytics tools to track metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
● Degree/Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field
● Fresh graduates may apply but 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field is preferred.
● Experience with graphic design and content production.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
● Proficient in marketing automation tools
● Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
● Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
● Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
● Strong project management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
