The Senior Business Development Associate is responsible for new business acquisition, and onboarding of merchants.

He/She will be responsible for generating, qualifying, nurturing and closing potential leads for the various services that Ninja Van Singapore provides. During the onboarding period, the incumbent will also be expected to resolve all issues that may arise from client’s unfamiliarity of our services.

The incumbent is responsible for helping accelerate growth in the SG fulfilment business by capitalizing on various growth opportunities, driving revenue generation, and ultimately contributing to the business’ growth targets sustainably. The Corporate Development department at Ninja Van plans and executes all fundraising initiatives and related strategic capability development projects such as IPO Readiness, Capital structure optimization, M&A, etc.

The Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the execution of equity and debt raising, market and competitive research, investor management, and capital deployment projects. Led by the VP of Corp Dev, the Senior Associate will develop and maintain collaterals such as pitch decks, business updates, financial models, and industry analyses that impact the success of the company’s fundraising initiatives and related projects.

The Senior Associate will assist in executing capability development and other ad-hoc cross-functional projects taken on by the Corporate Development team to build functions, processes, and capabilities within the organization that are reflective of the company’s size, complexity, and growth trajectory.

As part of a small team with an outsized impact on the organization, the successful candidate will be in a highly visible role that works closely with senior management across the group including the Group CEO, Group CFO, and Country Heads.
