Summary:
Assists with clinical and selected operational needs for the cessation program, including but not limited to: assisting with the development, maintenance and updating of training curriculum, electronic and printed participant targeted content, cessation messages (i.e. text and coaching related) as well as conducting staff training, quality and adherence monitoring and performance improvement coaching, running and analyzing historical reporting to track clinical metrics and benchmarks for staffing performance needs, and monitoring compliance with and enforcing policies and procedures.
Salary range for this position is $44,086 - $56,108 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in a call center, customer service or healthcare field; or
2. Associate’s degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare field; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare field.
NOTES:
1. Must be a current non-smoker.
2. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
The preferred candidate will have a strong customer service background including telephone service, computer skills including customer service software, counseling and/or coaching experience, knowledge of the tobacco quit process, prior mentoring or training experience and is bilingual in Spanish.
