As a Supply Point Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business by handling data flows, resolving exceptions, and delivering a high level of service to customers. Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, energy suppliers, and industry agents via telephone and email.

Your new role

As Export / Customs Compliance Coordinator your duties will include coordinating with logistics, procurement, and other departments and will be central point of contact for imports and exports, working closely with stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate completion of customs and export control filings. Along with preparing instructions for Brokers to support import, export, and transit declarations, providing guidance on commodity codes, special procedures, etc. Whilst monitoring customs clearances and goods release to ensure smooth import and export processes.You will be expected to work efficiently in line with company processes to ensure high operational standards, provide regular feedback, to develop and improve the working rapport with client planners and logistics, to ensure schedules are met on time.

we support 3 gents all with learning disabilities they are all none verbal and have care needs around toileting bathing and eating , all 3 are on SALT Guidelines , 2 of the gents like going out out for meals days out, theatre and long drives.

Where do they live?
The property is a 5 bedroomed bungalow in its own grounds up a back street

What would a typical shift be like?

Shift consist of of long days short days sleep shifts and weekends, this would consist of helping gents with all aspects of person care, dressing. They all enjoy going on their activities such as drives out shopping going out for meals, arts and crafts and going to the sensory room as well as listening to music and watching films.

Are there any skills or interests that a candidate could have that would be great to use to support this service?
All service users have their own cars and so will need to hold a full UK driving license to take on activities.

What is the team here or is it lone-working?
There will be some lone working during the sleep shifts

What are your shift patterns?
9am-10pm 10pm - 9am (sleep in) 9am-3pm, 9am-4pm and 9am-5pm.
