Mae’n rhaid bod gan y Gyrwyr/Llwythwyr drwydded LGV, cerdyn CPC Gyrrwr cyfoes a dilys, profiad o gyfrifoldeb dros gerbydau uchel eu gwerth. Mae deall trefnau gwaith diogel a deddfwriaeth iechyd a diogelwch yn ymwneud â chasglu gwastraff yn hanfodol. Mae profiad o oruchwylio neu fod yn arweinydd tîm yn fanteisiol gan fod hon yn swydd arweinydd tîm.

Conwy County Borough Council’s weekly ‘Recycle More’ service is changing the way we think about waste. The focus is on collecting clean, segregated, high-value materials that can be used to make new products. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and physically fit people who can not only collect recycling, but help our residents and customers with advice and information.
The willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions is essential. Hours of work will be 37 hours per week, with mandatory bank holiday working and up to 3 Saturday Christmas catch up collections.
Driver/Loaders must have an LGV licence, up to date and valid Driver CPC card, experience of responsibility for large, high-value vehicles. Understanding of safe working procedures and health and safety legislation is essential. Supervisory or team leader experience is advantageous as this is a team leader role.
Successful candidates may be based at any of our depots and have the capability and flexibility to drive a range of recycling and refuse vehicles.
