About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, organized and collaborative team player to join us on the Global Marketing Team as a Brand Campaign Manager. The Brand Campaign Manager for the G Adventures Global Marketing team will be responsible for leading larger Global projects including brochures and G Brand campaigns. You will take the lead on creative briefs working with the stakeholders and will be responsible for project management and creative resourcing. You’ll also help with budgets and ensure that day to day marketing tasks are seamlessly executed. All in all, you’ll get to collaborate with a great group of hardworking and fun individuals while bringing G Adventures marketing to life.
This role is a hybrid role based out of Toronto, Canada where a minimum number of days as set by the region, is required in the Downtown Toronto office
Please note this position is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave for a period of 18-20 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role at the end of the contract.
What You'll be Doing:
Partner with the Director of Marketing on brand strategy and campaign development for global marketing initiatives, including brochures and brand campaigns, to effectively communicate our mission of changing lives through travel.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative briefs grounded in consumer insights, turning high-level strategies into concrete plans that resonate with our target audience.
Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering impactful results.
Take ownership of project management and creative resourcing, utilizing ClickUp and other tools to effectively coordinate team members, deliverables, and timelines.
Champion a culture of collaboration and innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative & Content, Digital Marketing, Communications, Revenue Management, Product, and Talent.
Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
Proactively analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and continuous improvement.
Contribute to the growth and development of the Marketing Team by sharing best practices, mentoring colleagues, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, balancing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree program required, preferably in marketing
3-5 years of demonstrated experience in brand management, consumer marketing, and/or account management working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Brand experience required
A strong critical thinker who has the ability to turn high level strategies into concrete plans and clear creative briefs that are grounded in consumer insights
Works collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills and abilities to adapt to audience needs
Effective at building strong working relationships
Able to work strategically and independently within a fast paced and ever-changing environment, while juggling multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Strong organization skills, relating to planning, scheduling and resourcing
Possesses strong computer/technology skills and is highly proficient in Google Suite
Knowledge of PM software tools ClickUp an asset
