We are seeking an exceptional Omnichannel / International Ecommerce Merchandiser leader to oversee our international website merchandising strategy. In this role, you will manage weekly/bi-weekly updates to our Shopify website at 9 PM PST, ensuring that new collections, promotions, and product information are accurately reflected across our omnichannel platforms. This includes both domestic and international websites, as well as marketplaces including Amazon, Target.com, and others.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the online shopping experience across all markets and platforms, including our website and mobile app, ensuring consistency of messaging and experience.

Key Areas of Accountability
- Website & Omnichannel Updates: Upload new collections, promotions, and product information to the website either monthly, biweekly, or weekly at 9 PM PST depending on the season, ensuring that all updates are consistent across website and app experiences.
- International & Omnichannel Optimization: Assist in the optimization of international websites, ensuring localized content, pricing, and product availability are tailored to local preferences, languages, and regional demands.
- Product Display & Merchandising: Organize products on the website in a visually appealing and user-friendly way. Maintain category and collection pages, banners, and promotions that reflect both online and seasonal trends.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure that all content displayed on the website, app, and across international sites is accurate, up-to-date, and error-free.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor website performance across both domestic and international sites using analytics tools including Shopify and Heap, providing insights for continuous improvement. Track product visibility, sales performance, and the success of updates to collections, promotions, and omnichannel campaigns. Provide performance feedback from both website and app channels to improve overall strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and localization teams to ensure website content and promotions are aligned with overall brand strategy, seasonal campaigns, and regional preferences. Collaborate with commercial, merchandising, and localization teams to ensure timely launches of promotions and collections across all channels. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies in product information, pricing, or promotions across all channels and markets.
- Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, website management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the Shopify customizer (CMS).
- Experience with international e-commerce websites and localization strategies is also beneficial.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and managing tasks during evening hours.
- Understanding of omnichannel strategies across DTC websites and marketplaces.
- Ecommerce merchandising experience, including optimizing product grid sorts and product recommendation algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO practices and digital marketing is a plus.
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with website analytics tools and product feed management, ideally Heap, Feedonomics, and Shopify.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams, including marketing, merchandising, retail, and customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work a consistent shift starting at 9 PM PST on a weekly basis (flexible hours may be possible for the right candidate).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international e-commerce regulations, localization strategies, and omnichannel retail best practices is a plus.
