What You'll Do:

A. Project Coordination and Client Communication

• Assist in gathering project information and supporting client communication efforts under the guidance of the Project Manager or Senior Designer.

B. Design Concept Development

• Support the development of design concepts by contributing to photographic image studies and graphic representations of ideas.
• Participate in design charrettes and assist in the execution of design details.

C. Project Involvement

• Participate in project activities from programming through to completion, supporting senior team members in various tasks.

D. Presentation and Design Drawings

• Assist in preparing presentation materials and design drawings, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

E. Creative Development and Training

• Being Groomed to be the Creative Head:
• Learn to develop block plans and bubble diagrams and assist in drafting design details and revising drawings as needed.

F. Team Coordination and Integration

• Support the design team by assisting with the integration of design elements and ensuring design documents are in appropriate formats.

G. Quality Control

• Help with quality control by ensuring that design documents and tasks meet company standards and accuracy.

H. Project Management Support

• Assist with project management tasks, such as preparing progress reports and tracking project updates.

I. Construction Oversight

• Support construction oversight by addressing design-related questions and ensuring design alignment with the project.

J. Technical Specifications and Material Selection

• Assist in gathering technical specifications and selecting materials for the project.

K. Client Interaction

• Participate in client meetings and design presentations under the supervision of senior staff.

L. Finish Board Construction

• Help with the creation of finish boards to present material options.

M. Development of Design Standards

• Assist in following and implementing in-house design standards and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Attributes: Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in luxury interior design.

What You'll Do:

A. Project Coordination and Client Communication

• Evaluate project information and lead client communication to establish project parameters and requirements.

B. Design Concept Development

• Develop and lead the creation of design concepts, including photographic image studies, interior design solutions, and conceptual ideas.
• Facilitate design charrettes and oversee the development of design details.

C. Project Involvement

• Manage all aspects of each project from programming through to completion, ensuring high standards of execution.

D. Presentation and Design Drawings

I. Construction Oversight

• Oversee interior design aspects of construction, ensuring conformance with design concepts and addressing related questions.

J. Technical Specifications and Material Selection

• Direct the gathering of technical specifications for interior design elements (FF&E) and make decisions on material selection.

K. Client Interaction

• Lead client interactions and design presentations to finalize project parameters and requirements.

L. Finish Board Construction

• Direct the construction of finish boards to effectively present design options.

M. Development of Design Standards

• Contribute to the development and enforcement of in-house design standards, policies, and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

· Education:Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe (Creative Suite) and a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Client Focus: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to understand and meet diverse client needs and expectations.
• Creativity: A high level of creativity and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for creating exceptional design experiences.
