Job Responsibilities:

1. Utilize wireless vibration sensors & cloud-based diagnostic analysis software to provide clients with remote diagnostic analysis of machinery health services.
2. Collaborate with client maintenance teams to develop and implement condition-based monitoring programs, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
3. Continuously monitor asset performance through PHM remote diagnostic services, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
4. Perform data analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis to identify potential failures, their impact, and underlying causes. Offer technical guidance and support to the stakeholders in optimizing asset reliability and performance.
5. Responsible for the vibration alarm setting and optimization, diagnostic models on the PHM system.
6. Collaborate with PHM solution engineers to perform data verification and analysis work.

Requirements: -

1. Proven experience (over 3 years) in reliability engineering & vibration diagnostic field, with the ability to independently diagnose equipment faults, and offline testing experience.
2. ISO Category III certification. Understanding of equipment reliability, predictive maintenance strategies, root cause analysis, and equipment data analysis.
3. Familiar with the principles and maintenance of rotating equipment (such as motors, gearboxes, fans, pumps, etc.)
4. Preferably with bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.), specializing in equipment fault diagnosis would add advantage.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Primarily responsible for the development of wireless vibration temperature data acquiring solutions for industrial enterprises and rotating equipment ends, managing the entire process from pre-sales solution design to project delivery for major client projects. This includes PHM requirement analysis, technical solution design, and product development.
2. Responsible for the on-site delivery management of industrial IoT projects, including on-site engineering design, network setup, system upgrades, equipment IoT integration and debugging, performance testing, and configuration of SaaS software functions on the cloud.
3. Conduct vibration analysis for rotating equipment using Vibration Analyzer. Analyse vibration data to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
4. Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers regarding technical solutions.
5. Responsible for training and knowledge transfer to customers to ensure they can effectively use the PHM platform. Additionally, tasked with identifying new functional requirements from customers and providing feedback to product development for adjustments, maintenance, and optimization of existing features.

Requirements:-

1. Possess minimum 3 years of experiences in vibration condition monitoring-related fields, with familiarity in IoT, big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and other industrial internet domains.
2. Experience in implementing vibration condition monitoring projects for industrial enterprises and system integration, with a background in rotating equipment diagnosis & maintenance, and industrial IoT project implementation.
3. Understanding of the IT/software integration industry, basic knowledge of IoT, and the product architecture of platform+SaaS applications.
4. Preferably have a Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, with strong business communication and pre-sales solution development skills. Must have a self-driven business approach, be outgoing, diligent, and possess a rigorous professional demeanor.
5. Possess valid SG class-3 driving license

Job Responsibilities: -

1. Supervise motor inspection and overhaul service work to ensure efficient and effective maintenance work, compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

2. Conducting motor assembly, testing, and problem solving. Determine the motor status based on test results and issue motor test reports.

3. Improve work method, quality management systems, and workflow to enhance maintenance processes.

4. Provide technical support for motor pre/post-sales activities, including technical knowledge training for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Develop and implement motor inspection, maintenance, and diagnostic plans for products, providing field technical guidance and process supervision.

6. Perform motor fault diagnosis, including vibration analysis, temperature monitoring, electrical testing, and insulation checks, etc.

7. Analyze and resolve motor-related problems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

8. Train and upgrade the skills of workers in motor maintenance processes, including testing, assembly, insulation, repair, etc.

Requirements:-

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). Hands-on experiences in motor overhaul maintenance and technical support.
2. Possess years of experiences in motor repair and testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
3. Familiar with the maintenance, overhaul and testing of various high-voltage and low-voltage motors.
4. Preferably with class-3 driving license.
