Job Responsibilities: -
1. Supervise motor inspection and overhaul service work to ensure efficient and effective maintenance work, compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
2. Conducting motor assembly, testing, and problem solving. Determine the motor status based on test results and issue motor test reports.
3. Improve work method, quality management systems, and workflow to enhance maintenance processes.
4. Provide technical support for motor pre/post-sales activities, including technical knowledge training for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Develop and implement motor inspection, maintenance, and diagnostic plans for products, providing field technical guidance and process supervision.
6. Perform motor fault diagnosis, including vibration analysis, temperature monitoring, electrical testing, and insulation checks, etc.
7. Analyze and resolve motor-related problems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
8. Train and upgrade the skills of workers in motor maintenance processes, including testing, assembly, insulation, repair, etc.
Requirements:-
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred). Hands-on experiences in motor overhaul maintenance and technical support.
- Possess years of experiences in motor repair and testing, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with the maintenance, overhaul and testing of various high-voltage and low-voltage motors.
- Preferably with class-3 driving license.
