As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing communications, and supporting project teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Resolve client issues efficiently, collaborating with internal departments as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, consultations, and site visits between clients and engineering teams.
- Collect and relay client feedback to the appropriate teams to enhance services and deliverables.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions, tracking communications for follow-up.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in engineering consultancy to provide up-to-date and relevant information to clients.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development, even outside of regular work hours.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage several client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
