Role Purpose:

Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director the Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for timely and effective delivery of hires within their defined business areas.

A key part of the role is to develop, manage, and deliver a first-class recruitment service which delivers the top talent for the open roles, while giving a positive candidate experience to all applicants both Internal& external.

Through developing relationships with the key stakeholders, you will be required to share your professional expertise to increase internal hiring capabilities, while providing a high level of service to prospective candidates both internally and externally.

You will be required to source talent across most junior to mid-levels in the business, while aiding the overall Talent Acquisition Team with ad hoc recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a robust and consistent recruitment service to both the business and candidates Acting as a key recruitment contact for dedicated business area’s Continually drive pro-active recruitment activities through candidate mapping and market intelligence Support the TA team lead with project & strategic support

Be a positive brand ambassador whilst interacting with both internal and external stakeholders

Manage the local preferred agencies to ensure that they complement to overall recruitment service 

Deliver an end-to-end recruitment service, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent into the business that against the overall headcount plan

Develop a true partnership approach with the business, acting as a talent acquisition expert to Cushman & Wakefield’s hiring stakeholders.

Advising, implementing and reflecting on the best recruitment strategies fit for each open role

Ensuring a positive approach to the overall process– requesting constant feedback to help the team deliver a market leading recruitment service

Senior Site Services Support Technician

Job Description Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Services Support Technician to join our European Site Services Team.

The role is responsible for the 1st and 2nd line support of Local Office Systems, including application support for core desktop and mobile applications.  


Responsibilities will include desk side support, administration, installation, response to incidents and requests escalated from the Global IT Service Desk (GSD), installations and moves. This might require travel to other offices in the UK or Europe in support of the IT infrastructure or on project related work requirements.

Administration – Incident Management

• Installation and configuration of system components and software within the local Desktop Infrastructure
• User administration and user right management in a MS Windows environment
• Monitoring and administration of network resources from a Desktop Engineer Perspective like adding shared printers, network drives, laptops, Smartphones
• Ensure that incidents are logged, handled and resolved at 2nd level in a timely manner
