CV Life. Centre AT7 was opened in 1987 to provide sports and leisure facilities
for people living in the South West of Coventry. The state-of-the-art centre

You will deliver an outstanding and professional customer experience, exceeding the clients’ expectations when delivering bespoke customised treatments. Role and Responsibilities:
- Professional delivery of client consultations and treatments undertaken to a very high standard.
- Ensuring all spa and beauty bookings are made in the most effective and productive way to maximise treatment opportunities.
- Following correct procedures and use of products.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge of spa services and products.
- The Spa Therapist is responsible for creating an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for all Spa guests.
Candidate has:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge and experience within a spa therapist position.
- Product knowledge of industry related services.
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

To become our Spa Therapist, you will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. CV Life is seeking a Design Manager to join our fun in-house creative team to steer and advance our creative design production across our venues and services brands.
The Design Manager, will lead a small team of designers, developing a collaborative and innovative environment. You will develop and execute visual strategies that align with our brand identities and marketing goals. You will also oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in design and can demonstrate a proven track record of creating compelling designs across diverse mediums, from print leaflets and digital ads to exhibition identity and wall graphics. You will have a strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to manage projects, respond well to briefs and translate marketing objectives into visuals that engage our target audience.
Qualifications for this position include a degree in graphic design or a related field and/or proven experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design skills. Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is essential, as are excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Role is based at the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum but will work across all our sites.

You will be responsible for the operational co-ordination and administration of the CVLife Aquarius, and the Education Learn to Swim Programmes that are delivered across all CVLife’s portfolio of aquatic facilities. The role will include the motivation, communication, observation, and development of the team of swimming teachers to ensure that the swimming programmes are delivered as high-quality products and demonstrate value for money.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Holds ASA/STA Level 2 Aquatic Teaching Qualification.
- Experience of planning & delivering swimming lessons as a volunteer or in paid employment in either a school, club, or community setting.
- Has a good understanding of Safeguarding, Health and Safety, swimming equity principles, policies, and procedures.
- Experience of monitoring/evaluation of swimming lessons.
- Knowledge of relevant National Governing Body programmes, policies & procedures.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of swimming development, including school and club development.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial management information and KPIs.
- Experience of MS Office suite.
