CVLife are looking to recruit someone for the role of Aquatic Operations Support. You will be responsible for the operational co-ordination and administration of the CVLife Aquarius, and the Education Learn to Swim Programmes that are delivered across all CVLife’s portfolio of aquatic facilities. The role will include the motivation, communication, observation, and development of the team of swimming teachers to ensure that the swimming programmes are delivered as high-quality products and demonstrate value for money.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Holds ASA/STA Level 2 Aquatic Teaching Qualification.
- Experience of planning & delivering swimming lessons as a volunteer or in paid employment in either a school, club, or community setting.
- Has a good understanding of Safeguarding, Health and Safety, swimming equity principles, policies, and procedures.
- Experience of monitoring/evaluation of swimming lessons.
- Knowledge of relevant National Governing Body programmes, policies & procedures.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of swimming development, including school and club development.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial management information and KPIs.
- Experience of MS Office suite.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Working week is Mon – Fri 10:00 – 18:00 across all our site: Xcel, AT7, Alan Higgs and The Wave.
