ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant
• Location: Edinburgh or Inverness with hybrid working
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Hours: Full-time (34.5 hours per week)

Cairn Housing Association requires an ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant to provide first and Second Tier. We are looking for a person who: will provide excellent customer service, is a team player, is organised, and pays attention to detail. This role might suit a newly graduated candidate of someone who has worked in first and second like support looking to expand their expertise.

Key duties would include:
• Woking in ICT Service Desk
• ICT Support for Cairn Users
• Microsoft Azure
• Asset Management
• Desktop Support and Cloud Support
• Assisting Officers on Projects

The successful applicant should have a HND level or other relevant qualification or 2 years relevant experience in a similar ICT Support role.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.

Cairn Housing Group require a Joiner to deliver an effective property maintenance service to our customers by working individually and as part of a team whilst adhering to all regulatory requirements. You will be required to deliver a range of duties connected with the repair and maintenance of Cairn Housing Associations properties to provide effective and efficient service to our customers, providing first line advice on to internal and external customers and partner agencies to ensure a consistent service.

The successful applicant should hold a NVQ level 2 or other recognised apprenticeship and have substantial experience (3 - 4 years’ experience) of property maintenance services. You will be required to undertake Out of Hours emergency services on a rotational basis.

A full UK driving licence and a Basic Disclosure Scotland check is mandatory for this post.
