We are looking for an experienced individual to fill an exciting role within our ICT and Digital Transformation Team.

ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant
• Location: Edinburgh or Inverness with hybrid working
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Hours: Full-time (34.5 hours per week)

Cairn Housing Association requires an ICT and Digital Transformation Assistant to provide first and Second Tier. We are looking for a person who: will provide excellent customer service, is a team player, is organised, and pays attention to detail. This role might suit a newly graduated candidate of someone who has worked in first and second like support looking to expand their expertise.

Key duties would include:
• Woking in ICT Service Desk
• ICT Support for Cairn Users
• Microsoft Azure
• Asset Management
• Desktop Support and Cloud Support
• Assisting Officers on Projects

The successful applicant should have a HND level or other relevant qualification or 2 years relevant experience in a similar ICT Support role.

A Basic Disclosure Scotland Scheme check is required for this post.
