About the Role

Location: Singapore

About The Role

We are looking for a Partner Director to lead a team of Inside Channel Account Managers (ICAMs) for APJC. This role will be based out of Singapore and will report to the Vice President of Partner Sales, APJC.

In this role, your first responsibility will be to attract talent and hire your inside partner sales team based out of APJC. You will be accountable for establishing the team with clear roles, responsibilities, and key performance goals to operationalize partner recruitment and onboarding, enabling Cloudflare to reach customers across new geographies and territories in APJC. About The Role

An engineering role at Cloudflare that provides an opportunity to address some big challenges, at scale. In this role, you will be focused on ensuring the stability of our global network. What you'll do

The Technical Account Manager will own the post-contract end-to-end support experience for Cloudflare’s most strategic customers, to unblock post-go-live technical support challenges. They are a dedicated technical primary point of contact for our top-tier Enterprise customers. Your role will be to support partner recruitment, partner onboarding, coordinating and leading monthly sales and technical enablement sessions. You will work closely with our partner program specialist and partner marketing to evangelize our PowerUP program benefits, and teach partners how to leverage the Partner Portal to learn more about Cloudflare solutions. You will own building, developing and nurturing relationships with a subset of partners. Your key performance indicators will be growth of deal registrations, partner-initiated opportunities, and partner-initiated sales in your territory. To help you succeed, you will work closely with a broad range of team members who will support you, including partner sales, program specialist, marketing, enablement and engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit and onboard targeted partners
• Coordinate program, sales and technical enablement for your partners at scale

You will play a pivotal role in driving our partner technical strategies, enhancing partner capabilities, and contributing directly to the success of our partnerships. In this role, you will guide Channel partners through their Cloudflare journey with your strong leadership, technical, and business acumen as well as lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partner Solutions Engineers to deliver technical coverage aligned with our Partner Program.

About The Role

We are seeking a Global System Integrator (GSI) Principle Channel Account Manager to join the Asia Pacific channel team. The role is based out of Singapore and reports to the Vice President of Partner Sales, Asia Pacific.

You will be responsible for leading GSI partnerships for Asia Pacific, with a focus on Accenture, NTT and Kyndryl. Your role will require you to work with your GSI global counterparts to bring go-to-market services and solutions to Asia Pacific, and leverage those to own building the Asia Pacific joint go-to-market. Key performance indicators include the ability to build joint offerings, pipeline, develop trusted relationships with key decision makers, enabling GSI client and technical account leads, promoting the partnership and closing partner booked business.

The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, established relationships and experience leading GSI partnerships, preferably in the technology and/or security and networking sector. About The Role

An engineering role at Cloudflare that provides an opportunity to address some big challenges, at scale. In this role, you will be focused on ensuring the stability of our global network. You'll work closely with Cloudflare’s SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team, Network Engineering team, and with various vendors and partners (including hardware vendors, datacenter and network providers, and ISPs) to maintain and improve our global infrastructure.
