Responsibilities
• Design and implement effective strategies and programs to enhance the overall employee experience for the full employee life cycle, i.e., from recruitment to exit, ensure seamless integration and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Collaborate with Business Unit’s HRBP & COEs for all Singapore matters and initiatives.
• Responsible for all Singapore HR operation matters, enhancing HR processes to continuously strive for operation excellence.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective talent management practices.
• Analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management strategies & initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent experience management and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with both regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
• Stay abreast of Singapore employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements to ensure company compliance.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to ISO standards related to HR practices through regular audits and assessments.
• Assist with extraction of audit deliveries for various internal and external audits requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or other related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management roles, with a strong focus on talent experience management and compliance.
• Well-versed in Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Good knowledge of HR operations matters, meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Solid understanding of ISO standards related to HR practices and processes.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs/initiatives in employee experience. • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
