Key Accountabilities

• Monitor departmental performance in areas such as productivity, service quality, and incident management, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Engage regularly with clients, addressing challenges proactively and spearheading initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including commercial and customer service teams, to maximize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while strengthening internal relationships.

Qualifications, Experience and skills

• Over 10 years of experience in Ocean freight forwarding operations and procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Extensive knowledge of the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry, with a focus on Ocean Freight
• Proven leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable agreements

Key Accountabilities

• You will support the APAC Senior Vice President, People and Cluster Head in driving and the implementation of strategic, human capital programs for the SEA Cluster that are designed to drive growth, improve culture, performance, and all aspects of the employee life cycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Along with minimum 10 years' experience in multi-national companies, preferably with greenfield/brownfield start-up experience.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asia labor laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with HR software is advantageous.

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to fill the role of Global Automation & Innovation Engineer in our contract logistics vertical. The successful candidate will spearhead the design and execution of comprehensive end-to-end automation solutions, with a specific emphasis on crafting sophisticated data analytical tools for efficient analysis using Tableau/Power BI. This position requires a strategic thinker endowed with robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership acumen.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop automation solutions aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Formulate detailed technical specifications and 3D Sketches using CAD Tools.
• Conduct data collection and analysis using tools such as Tableau/Power BI to define design criteria, optimize layouts, and ensure financial metrics meet customer and internal standards.
• Analyze RFQ data to comprehend key drivers for selecting appropriate automation and mechanization solutions.
• Develop and implement data analytical tools to swiftly arrange raw data into meaningful summaries for designing automated/semi-automated solutions.
• Validate warehouse design concepts from various vendors to deliver the most effective machinery automation/robotics solutions.
• Manage automation solution aspects of current site renewals, evaluating performance metrics, identifying enhancement opportunities, and proposing cost-effective solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with automation technology vendors to assess new products, tools, and technologies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide training to internal teams and clients on automation solutions, capabilities, and best practices and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• + 7 years of experience in Fulfillment Engineering, business process engineering, or warehouse/logistics automation consulting.
• Subject matter expertise in end-to-end Automation Solutions with a robust foundation in industrial/mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Expertise in solution design, warehousing cost modeling, and optimization of logistics operations.
• Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and project management communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for client meetings, site visits, and vendor collaborations.

You will build strategic partnerships with key customers to build long-term relationships. As trusted partners, work closely with customers to understand their business needs, and provide valuable logistics insights. Drive revenue maximization by increasing footprint of business of key accounts through identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities/solutions with key accounts. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and customized solutions.

This is a new position; you will be part of the APAC Regional Key Account Management (KAM) team and reporting to Vice President of Key Account Management.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the relationship development (upsell/cross-selling) of customer accounts.
• Generating leads, acquiring new clients, business development and nurturing relationships with Key Beneficial Cargo Owner (BCO) accounts within the region.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify/explore commercial opportunities in the region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts managed, including developing business development targets (OKRs) budgeting and KPIs.
• Build, manage and extend relationships with key BCOs in the region to achieve OKRs and KPIs.
• Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities and formulate plans to address these.
• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of DP World’s overall sales strategy for the region to enhance P&L.
• Manage relationship across the logistics value chain (e.g., agents, shippers) within the region to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Tertiary qualifications preferably in Business Administration, Shipping / Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales / account management experience with a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
• Experience in freight-forwarding sales.
• Experienced working in customer-centric environment (Agile experience is a plus).
• Worked directly with BCOs, with proven track record of building and maintaining high quality, long-term relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
