This role is with one of our portfolio companies.
- Take charge of leading rapid expansion targets to meet formidable revenue goals.
- Analyze data, stay on top of market trends, and make informed decisions that will keep us ahead of the curve.
- Report on sales performance, provide valuable insights, and identify areas for improvement to the CEO and other executives.
- Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for the sales team.
- Identify and nurture relationships with strategic customers to land strategic deals for the company.
- Create a roadmap to achieve multi-fold growth in ARR, detailing initiatives, timelines, and resources.
- Create Sales playbooks for optimizing sales processes with best practices and technology for efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth and customer success to ensure a customer-centric approach.
- Build and maintain key relationships with top-tier executives at our prospects, and scale the product to the SMEs in the country.
- 12+ years of overall experience in sales, sales operations, or growth-focused roles.
- Extensive sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets, across B2B technology-driven products/SaaS companies.
- Unstoppable leadership skills and a passion for inspiring and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that will help you connect with customers and partners.
- A deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies that will make you a master of your craft.
- An analytical mind that can make data-driven decisions and keep us on the cutting edge.
