• To work with the existing leadership to take the current vision of Eternal Life Ministries International further – to grow deeper devotion, closer in community and further in fruitfulness.
• To lead the vision of the expansion of the ministry in North London.
• Carry out evangelism and ministry outreach to win souls and grow the number of worshippers from the area

Job Description:

As a Religious Worker at Eternal Ministries International, you will play a vital role in supporting our spiritual and outreach programs. You will work closely with our pastoral team to assist in religious services, provide pastoral care, and engage with the community to promote spiritual growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of religious services, including worship, prayer meetings, and special events.

Lead and participate in prayer groups, Bible studies, and other religious education activities.

Support outreach programs aimed at engaging the local community and promoting the ministry’s mission.

Assist in the development and implementation of youth programs and other initiatives aimed at spiritual growth.

Work collaboratively with other ministry team members to ensure the smooth running of ministry activities.

Uphold the values and teachings of Eternal Ministries International in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications and Experience:

A strong personal faith and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Previous experience in a similar role within a religious or community-based organization is desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.

Plan and oversee religious education programs, including Bible studies, discipleship training, and youth ministries.

Collaborate with other ministry leaders to plan and execute church events, missions, and special projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

A deep personal faith and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ.

Ordination or recognized theological training and qualifications.

Previous experience as a Minister of Religion or in a similar pastoral role.

Strong biblical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively through preaching and teaching.

Excellent interpersonal and pastoral care skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide others in their spiritual journey.
