Qualified Early Years Practitioner role to start ASAP in East London
There is a great opportunity for a Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or 3 qualification to start a new role at a warm and friendly nursery in Tower Hamlets with immediate start!
Working full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm) as an Early Years Practitioner, you would be joining a team of dedicated staff and some of your day-to-day duties would be:
• Leading activities which stimulate children's imagination and creativity, or assisting with these where necessary
• Encouraging development through interactive play and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Assisting with early reading and early maths skills development, following the EYFS curriculum
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
• Creating an environment that is language rich
• Helping and encouraging children to develop positive relationships and to build on their social skills
• Motivating children to think creatively
• Creating an environment that is supportive and stimulating so each child is able to grow at their own pace
Room Leader experience is desirable but not essential for this Early Years Practitioner role, and a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is needed. The suitable Early Years Practitioner should have a good understanding of and good attitude towards working in EYFS.
