Senior Revenue Management Controller (all genders)
Full time and permanent
Additional locations: Cologne, Goettingen, Munich, Verona, Toulouse, Abingdon
Your key responsibilities:
- Business Partner for Shared R&D and Biologics
- Analyse and monitor the revenue and performance of the Evotec Group and all Business Areas
- Prepare monthly sales and margin analysis and reporting
- Conduct regular performance reviews with Business Development and operational management
- Inform and train Business Development and Project managers about costing for pricing calculations and provide feedback through Actual vs Plan comparisons
- Active role in forecasting and budgeting of Revenues, CoGS, Gross Margin and capacity planning
- Integration of new businesses or entities into the group reporting structure
- Post-project analysis and profit calculation
- Take over SOX-Key-Controls for Group Revenues & CoGS
- Enhance quality and structure of Controlling reports, processes and systems
- Support specific finance, controlling and cross-functional change projects as well as ad-hoc requests
Your required qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master in Finance/Controlling, or MBA or equal qualification
- > 3 year working experience in Controlling
- Advanced knowledge of Accounting, Controlling and Cost Accouting principles
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for numbers
- Experience in ERP systems, databases as well as planning- and reporting tools
- Very good MS Office-skills, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
- You are pressure resistant, adaptable to fast pace and able to deal with ambiguity
- You have a build and growth mindset (you are curious and seeks out opportunities to further learn, see challenges as opportunity to learn and grow, constantly question status quo for improvement)
- You have a high learning agility (you are a fast learner, you embrace experimentation and learning from mistakes, and constantly give and ask for feedback)

- You have excellent written and verbal German and English communication skills
Your ideal qualifications:
- Pharma / Biotech know-how/experience
- Experience with SAP, Cognos TM1, Cognos Analytics and Tableau
- You have worked in SOX compliant companies
