About the Role
We are looking at recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our Potts Point venue.
The ideal Restaurant Manager candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant manager position, impeccable presentation and a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences to Sydney diners.
Qualifications & experience
• Must have management experience in a similar role
• Strong customer focus and a hands-on leadership approach
• Sound business acumen
• Strong knowledge in food
• Excellent people and communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a similar hospitality leadership role and managing daily restaurant operations
• Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage, train and motivate the team.
• Rostering and labour management
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a positive and engaging atmosphere .
• Reaching target percentages and maintaining cost controls
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a Team
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Regulations.
Role Requirements:
• Food Safety Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• RSA Certificate
