The F&B management trainee program is a fast track opportunity to become the Outlet Manager/Assistant Manager. It entails managing people, managing operations, managing cake sales and managing all critical aspects of restaurant operations, with full accountability for restaurant operations.

This position requires candidates to have strong initiative, and willingness to partake in hands-on learning.

Requirements

• Singapore Hygiene cert is a must

Sales Admin will:

• process online orders
• liaise with kitchen team
• interact with online and walk-in customers
• serve customers
• promote products
• assist sales manager in sales process (marketing collaterals, online marketing)

Requirement:

• Singapore hygiene cert a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products

production of:

• bread, viennoiserie, cake, custom cake
• chocolate tempering, custom chocolate , custom confectionary
• local pastries (angkukueh, mooncakes)

requirement

• diploma in pastry from MOE recognized school
• valid Singapore Food Agency certificate
• must hold a job with a company for at least 2 years to demonstrate committment.

• Experience and non-experience welcome. We have a systematic training program that will position you in a F&B management position.
• We will train you in 7 competencies: customer service, operations, cash handling, barista, service recovery, food handling. Candidates with food hygiene cert will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude in life is important.
