A Day In The Life Of A Fairy Tea Shop Manager Means You’ll Be:
Preparing and creating milk tea, ingredients and hot food items for your store.
Maximising revenue opportunities and minimising costs at every opportunity.
Ensuring your team provides the highest levels of service to every customer either in-store or through delivery.
Ensuring Product quality and presentation are maintained to an excellent standard.
Communicate with suppliers, wholesalers and importers in Chinese.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are fully implemented, communicated and understood by all staff.
Identifying coaching and training opportunities to improve individual and team performance.
Ensuring that controllable costs such as food costs, labour, chemicals and disposables are kept to a minimum without compromising standards and customer experience.
Contracted hours: Full-Time a minimum of 40hrs (Breaks are included)
Shift schedule: Between Monday - Sunday (Need to be fully flexible)

Your experience, skills and qualities will ideally include the following:
We expect to have a large percentage of Chinese customers, we therefore require a shop manager who can communicate in Mandarin, has experience living in China or has a Chinese social network as well as fluent English
Management experience in a customer-facing environment, within the food/hospitality industry.
Food Safety and H&S Level 2 minimum
Recruiting staff for the Cardiff area shops, and be able to manage, motivate and coach teams.
Maintain customer relationships for Cardiff shops
Results driven with a proven track record of performance
Good communication skills and fluent English&Chinese
Translate specific Chinese materials for the Shop and Staff
