Job Responsibilities

• Manage specifically all SG operations as applicable to QSTAT requirement ensuring compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Experience within a Specialist (Biopharm) Courier organization to a supervisory / manager level.
• GDP Training and Qualifications specific to transportation.
• Industry Management / Industry Experience ensuring ability to meet all tasks / responsibilities listed above and with qualifications as noted below.
• Experienced Apple Mac user and with Apple Mac software.
• Global working experience – at minimum having working experience of at least 1 year in either/both UK / US
• Specialist (Biopharm) Courier Operations & Network Management experience.
• Full knowledge and experience of NFO and time critical logistics operations essential.
• Excellent understanding of Specialist Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
• Excellent understanding of Regional & World Geography. Specific knowledge of Clinical Trial Logistics to include: - Temperature Controlled Shipping and packaging.
• Clinical Trial Courier Operations and client set up.
