Interior Design Drafter – Lim’s Star Design & Contracts Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Prepare design proposal, detailing, material specification and documentation with Interior Designer
• Prepare working drawings, plans, details and schedules, using related design software.
• Assists or prepare elements of project schematic/conceptual designs, under direction.
• Prepares presentation boards and materials, under direction.
• Responsible for all design related aspect - conceptualize design, space planning, detail design.
• To produce construction or technical drawings for clients and consultants.
• Other duties as delegated by the Management.
• Laising with supplier, attend meeting with clients.
• Other duties as delegated by the Management.

Requirements:

• Preferably with relevant experience.
• Knowledge in 3D Max and Vray is essential / Photoshop & illustrator
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer-aided drawings.
• Good in perspective drawing, rendering & detailed drawings.
• Pleasant working attitude, self motivated, hardworking and creatively.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Immediately or within short notice to start work

Salary : $3400 to $4400
