Main duties include:
• Create a variety of digital and print marketing assets, such as brochures, presentations, ads, social media content, and graphics for our website.
• Enhance the company’s social media and websites to provide a compelling user experience, ensuring smooth navigation and optimizing for increased engagement and sales conversions.
• Ensure uniform branding across all digital platforms to maintain consistency.
• Work closely with management to ensure design strategies complement marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Track and evaluate the performance of digital content, using data to suggest and implement improvements.

Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in graphic design and web development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with web design principles.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
• Exceptional creativity and innovation, with attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

As a Stone Mason at MAKS BUILDERS LTD, you will play a crucial role in executing high-quality stonework projects, contributing to the aesthetic and structural integrity of both new constructions and renovation works.

Main duties include:
- Interpret and work from construction plans, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Select, cut, and shape stones and bricks using hand and power tools, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
- Construct and repair stone structures and surfaces, including walls, buildings, monuments, and pathways.
- Apply and smooth mortar or other adhesives, laying stones and bricks according to design patterns and structural requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project alignment with client expectations and industry standards.

Skills and Education:
- Proven experience as a Stone Mason, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Strong knowledge of stone types, properties, and appropriate masonry techniques.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to stone masonry.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high standards of quality.
