Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests using both wet chemistry methods and advanced analytical instruments.
• Ensure that tests are performed in a timely manner in accordance to Standard/Official Methods, Procedures, SOPs or in-house proprietary methods.
• Perform basic calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and ensure it is in audit-ready state at all time

Skills & Experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Test Reports
• Provide administrative duties and support (Data Entry, Filing, Photocopying and, others) to ensure efficient operation of the office and laboratory
• To maintain, compile, and files record office documentations
• Any ad-hoc duties and support as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office, mainly MS Excel
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• No experience required

• Water sampling pertaining to environmental testing based on scheduled and ad-hoc tasks assigned, in accordance to in-house SOP and established sampling techniques.
• Ensure proper documentation and records updating at the end of each working day
• Ensure safety and adhere to all Safe Work Procedures
• Must be contactable at all times when placed on standby duty

Skills & Experience

• ITE / Diploma in any discipline from any field.
• Entry Level are welcome as training will be provided.
• Able to write & communicate in English
• Must be physically fit, self-driven, team player with initiative, willingness to learn and good communication skills
• Able to work on rest day depending on job requirement
• Having Class 3 Driving Licence is essential

Able to work in a fast-paced working environment, meet tight deadlines and able to multi-task.

Willing to work overtime during weekend, attending to urgent work activation

Possessing a Class 3 driving license would be an additional advantage.
