Job Description

Driving and Transportation

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment between warehouse facilities and construction sites.
• Loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols while driving, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues or accidents promptly.

Warehouse Management

• Perform warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems to ensure accuracy and availability of stock.

Logistics Coordination

• Schedule deliveries, pickups, and shipments of materials to construction sites.
• Track and monitor transportation activities, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
• Optimize transportation routes, reduce shipping costs, and improve delivery performance through effective logistics planning and management.

Reporting and Documentation

• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance metrics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, transactions, receipts, and shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and project teams to provide updates, insights, and support on warehouse operations, inventory status, and material requirements.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Able to carry heavy goods.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies, policies, frameworks, and systems for Workplace Safety ,Health and Environmental (WSHE), fostering a proactive, preventive, and analytical approach to work procedures, risk assessments, and safety evaluations.
2. Monitor and enhance the company's overall WSHE performance by regularly reporting and analyzing safety statistics, initiatives, and performance, communicating key workplace safety information, and conveying outcomes.
3. Cultivate a robust safety culture within the organization through structured programs, safety training, staff briefings, safety awareness events and engagement of key stakeholders in addressing operational concerns related to WSHE matters.
4. Develop, revise, and review relevant policies, procedures, and programs associated with WSHE.
5. Conduct routine visits, inspections, and assessments at operational sites to evaluate safety risks and provide guidance to mitigate such issues.
6. Offer guidance and training to site teams on incident investigation techniques and Root Cause Analysis, facilitating the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
7. Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory inspections
8. Contribute the implementation evidence to the company’s system certification audits, namely ISO, BizSafe and other applicable certifications as required.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Specialist Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment
2. MOM registered WSHO.
3. Minimum 3 years of practical experience as WSHO in building & construction industry.
4. In-depth knowledge of WSHE legislation, regulations, and best practices.
5. Familiar with construction site safety inspections and regulations

Job Description

• Leader Quantity Surveyors in the tender and post contract functions.
• Responsibilities for all cost estimating, cost planning, cost studies, cost monitoring and controlling, measurement.
• Oversee contract administration and manage any variations or adjustments that may arise during the project.
• Risk management and calculation.
• Procurement advice and assistance during the tendering procedures.
• Provide advice on value engineering, suggesting alternative construction methods or materials to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Assessment of contractor’s claims and advice on contractual disputes.
• Attend project kick off meetings, site meetings & client-consultant meetings.
• Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage
• Monitor all contractual record with clients and vendors are compliant as to protect the company interest at all time.
• Ensure that all financial and contractual activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Good technical experience in all cost management areas; pre-contract, post contract and final account.
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Technical knowledge in contracts terms and law
• Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, and/or other related computer software.
• Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, and be a team player.
• Development of strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management:

• Research and identify potential suppliers

Administrative Tasks:

The Inventory & Warehouse Executive will oversee and manage all aspects of logistics and supply chain operations within the organisation. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and optimize resources to ensure efficient project execution. He / She will collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, as well as efficient transportation and logistics management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Manage inventory tracking and stock consignments with periodic stock reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Prepare Work In progress and Finished Goods reports.
• Receipt of material or accounting for deliveries and stock.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments, and stock levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Monitoring fuel and diesel consumption
• Assign and coordinate usage of vehicles, lorries, and machineries according to site demand.
• Ensure usage and handover of vehicles and machineries are properly recorded.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and ensure alignment of logistics activities.
• Assisting in administration, upkeeping and recording of Machineries and equipment on site.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures.
• Perform admin and operation including order and purchase processing as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N or O level qualification
• At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in Construction industry
• A valid class 3 driver’s license will be an advantage
