Legal Process Server/ Courier/ Field Agent (Western Suburbs of Melbourne)
We require someone to deliver legal court documents (eg. subpoenas, summons, complaints, family law applications just to name a few) to residential and business addresses in the western suburbs of Melbourne. Suburbs include Footscray, Sunshine. Derrimut, Deer Park, Laverton, Point Cook, St Albans, Caroline Springs, Rockbank, Taylors Hill, Deer Park, Truuganina, Hoppers Crossing, Point, Werribee etc.
You would be required to make visits at different times during the day and evening including weekends.
You would be required to write reports and comple affidavits of service/ affidavits of attempted service
Good communication skills needed (verbal and written)
Ability to prioritise
Professional manner
You must have your own car and licence.
