The role
An exciting opportunity has opened up at North Herts Council for an Apprentice in our Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries via email, telephone, and in person. Additionally, you will assist with various projects and play a crucial role in supporting the services provided by our teams.
The experience you will bring
You will need strong interpersonal skills, be adaptable, a team player, and able to confidently communicate with a wide range of people.
You will possess the ability to relate to people at all levels and work effectively as a member of a team. You can use your initiative, follow instructions accurately, and are eager to learn and apply that learning in the workplace. Additionally, you are willing to adapt to different work roles and remain calm under pressure.
As part of your employment, you will study for and complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Human Resource Support.
Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship or in a similar subject.
